Cully & Sully is a well-established and much-loved Irish food brand, known for producing high-quality, great-tasting products using simple, honest ingredients. With a strong presence across the Irish retail market and ambitious growth plans, we are now seeking a talented Marketing & NPD Manager to lead brand development and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Cully & Sully brand but also for the other Hain brands present in the Irish market – Ellas Kitchen, Hartleys, Cadbury spread, Linda McCartney, Sunpat Peanut Butter and Joya plant based drinks.

The Role

The Marketing & NPD Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Cully & Sully brand. This role is responsible for leading brand strategy, marketing execution, and the end-to-end new product development (NPD) process. Working closely with sales, operations, and external partners, the successful candidate will drive brand growth, innovation, and commercial success across the Irish market. Developing local plans for other Hain brands will also form part of the brief.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop and deliver the overall brand and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, in-store, and traditional channels
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with the sales team to support customer plans, promotions, and launches
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and performance data to inform decision-making

 

New Product Development (NPD) (Cully & Sully)

  • Own the end-to-end NPD process, from concept generation through to launch and post-launch review
  • Identify consumer, category, and innovation opportunities within the Irish retail market
  • Lead cross-functional NPD project teams, working closely with operations, technical, supply chain, and external suppliers
  • Develop product concepts, propositions, packaging, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure all products meet quality, regulatory, and commercial requirements
  • Manage product launches to ensure strong in-market execution

About You

  • Proven experience in a marketing and NPD leadership role, ideally within FMCG
  • Strong understanding of the Irish retail and consumer landscape
  • Commercially minded with a passion for brands and innovation
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
